MARIBELLA MURALS

CONSULTATION

A no pressure/ no obligation consultation will tell me what you are envisioning for the space.  If you don't know what you want, no worries, I will measure and photograph the area, then we can discuss ideas.  This information will allow me to start the design from my studio.  Consultations are free within a 15 mile radius of Roanoke, Texas.  Beyond that is a nominal fee proportional to the distance and time required for travel. Let me know your location and I will let you know if there is a fee.

DESIGN

Whether simple or complex, Maribella Murals are stunning.   While large murals are impressive and command attention immediately upon entering a room, vignettes, though smaller, can pack an equally powerful punch through clever design.    Unlike  more complex murals,  simple murals will not require a design (i.e., ivy above a doorway) unless the client requests it.  To view samples of my work, visit my photo gallery page.

PRICING

-   Minimum Price:  $500.00

-   Cash and major credit cards accepted

-   Non-refundable design fee of $250.00 (if  design is required or requested)  however, 1/2 of that amount will be deducted

from the final cost of the completed mural if the mural is painted within 30 days of the price quote.

-   Prices rage from $25.00-$50.00 per square foot depending on the complexity of design and logistics of the

mural.  Writing is $50.00 per linear foot.

           * Square footage is determined by multiplying the height x width of the painting surface

          * More complex designs or artwork that is logistically difficult to reach is more time consuming and labor

intensive therefore the price per square foot increases.  This will be indicated in a price quote and determined at the

time that the sketch is approved

-   50% of the total amount is required 1 week prior to the scheduled start date.  This allows adequate time to block out the

calendar  (thus not accepting other projects for those days),  The remainder will be due upon the day of my completion.
